My sense screen fell off & fortunately landed on the table. After having it re-attached, nothing works The screen remains black eventhough I have followed the instructions on re-booting & can feel the vibration. ( denoting that the power is on
Several repair businesses that I went to in my city ( Tracy ) don’t work on Fitbits, including Best Buy unless still in warranty, even if I pay

The same thing happened to my Sense and I just fixed it. Pop the screen off again and you'll see two thin cables attaching the screen to the circuits underneath. The wider cable controls the display, and it's likely become unseated. There is a small piece of metal attached to the circuit board with two tiny screws. Unscrew those, pop the metal piece off, and you should be able to see where the cable has come disconnected from the circuit board. Using just your finger, you should be able to reattach the cable. Plug the Sense into the charger for just a few seconds, just until it resets itself, and you should be good to go. Then re-glue the screen to the rest of the watch. I hope this helps.

The first thing that you can try is to charge the watch to its full potential. Often a Fitbit screen turns pitch black in case the battery is down. While charging, always try to use a proper charging cable without any damage. On top of that, always try to charge the watch from a wall plug point/
