My sense was 14 months old and within days went from not holding a charge to blank screen with vibration. I tried all the recommendations I could find on here and nothing worked. I reached out to fit bit chat and when they asked if the lights were on on the back of the watch and I replied no, I quickly got brushed under the well we will send to a trouble shooting team and email you and make sure you watch your email!!! Well that email never came and my watch is toast. $300 watch should not be toast in that short of time. I took really good care of it. After reading everyone's comments that are similar to the same problem and the idea that a reboot is needed for the software along with the just outside the warranty period in USA, makes me really wonder what is going on at fit bit. I will not buy another fit bit watch and I encourage anyone who is experiencing the same customer service I received or your watch just suddenly stopped working to file a complaint with the better business bureau such as myself. Two watches and neither one lasted long.
