Sense button is no longer working

I went swimming with the watch, it started to give me like touches and turned off, I let it dry for a week and turned on, but the side button does not work. Checking the button I got into the swimming activity and for obvious reasons I can not get out and I can not find another way to unlock it other than the button. I know that the technical service will not help me because it is past the one year warranty, as something similar happened with a Fitbit Charge 4 and I was told there was no solution. Any advice?

Hi @Susipuma  - if you can't get out of a swim exercise with the button, sync the watch and in the Fitbit App change the clock face, this should end the exercise app to show the new clockface. Then change it back.

However, it would seem it got water in it and is damaged. In which case it may not charge or wake.

Normally placing on the charger should wake it. 

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately as that can be dangerous.

If it doesn't wake or show charge state, check the watch is properly cleaned and the charge didn't get broken - see cleaning details in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
