Has anyone had this happen. The button on the side of my Sense has been pushed down and now won't work at all.

I had this happen to me about 6 months ago. Fitbit sent me a replacement pebble and the replacement is now doing the same thing. The watch was totally charged yesterday....now today the "button" doesn't work and I'm down to 16%. I manually shut down the watch in the setting but now can't restart. So Frustrating.

Hi@kimyvr , @maddpadd - a button not working can also be a problem with charging, or the watch has suddenly exhausted the battery and needs charging. There can be issues with charging, due to the watch needing cleaning or a faulty charge cable. So make sure that it is currently charging - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start, blank screen or button not work...

My charger quit working but I have my old Sense charger and with both it does come on for a minute when I have it on the charger and says 0% and if I unplug it it goes off immediately therefore I believe the charger is working and it's the battery that is not holding a charge.Your thoughts? Mine is only a few months old and has the turbo charger so just maybe the batteries can not handle the quick charge time after time?

Hi @Rbarr - it is possible that your watch contacts need cleaning thoroughly or the second charge cable is also faulty (quite common) - see how to solve in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It may be detecting the cable but unable to charge your battery - it only needs about 300ma.

My swipe function does not work. My side button does not work. It is stuck on one screen. I've had this watch for 9 months. The charge use to last 4 days. Now it barely lasts 24 hours. This started a week after the update.

Hi @AshleyCherilyn - as a first step sync the watch and then use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait.
It should be noted that the button won't respond well to anything but the fleshy part of the thumb so, finger nails are out. It may also need cleaning.

Have had this identical experience with no help. I believe this is why the sensor button has now been replaced by a physical one.
