Every 4month my sense1 charger cable issues how ever I have complaint many time to customer care they not responding I have use last 2year my sense 1 and it's have only charger cable issues 6 times not charger issues facing and not using my sense 1 device.

I'm a little confused about this, could you please tell me if you have replaced your charging cable 6 times so far or is it that the original charging cable has failed 6 times?
