I am now on my six charger. Within six months the bottom left pin remains retracted and the watch is unable to charge. Two of the chargers have been supplied free by Fitbit so I quite understand that Fitbit support on Twitter don’t want to know me. However I also don’t want to purchase another charger which could malfunction within the first week. With the last charger I tried to be very gentle as I feel the magnet is too strong for the pin As I am very happy with my Sense I am very loathed to bin it. So my question is does anyone have a way of connecting the watch to the charger which doesn’t damage the bottom left pin

I’m on the same charger from day 1,
November 2020.
The whole thing is perplexing.

Do you have any special technique to alleviate the strength of the magnet or are you just lucky?

Great advice, I have always done it the other way around. 🤞🏻It works.
