Why is it that Fitbit can't coke up with a reliable charger? These pin type chargers are worthless. Inevitably one of the pins is going to recess and the charging cable won't work.
I have now bought 8 charging cables in the 3 years I've had my Sense because of this problem. It is ridiculous. I am seriously considering moving to a Samsung watch.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.
I have tried to message Fitbit and ask if there is a solution to this problem of the pins or pin, not connecting properly with the Fitbit sense and did not get a reply. I am tired of buying the chargers (7 of them)and will not buy another one. If I’m having this problem I’m sure there are more people out there that are having the same problem. Give free replacement chargers until Fitbit fixes the problem. If not I’m going to a different smartwatch.
I also have had this issue and have gone through so many chargers! And now my Sense won't charge bc it gives me an error the temperature is too low even on a hot day?
So none of my chargers work now at all! And I'm frustrated, but I need my watch. I'm doing a Wellness Study using the watch data and I guess that ends that.
Big disappointment! I hate all these charger devices.
No, they don't send charging cables. I have had to buy them on Amazon as well and have spent more than $80 on them since getting this watch.
Best AnswerIt is about the only place I can find them. Amazon and the sellers have made a lot of money from me for the cables.
