I am so disappointed in this. I bought the Apple Watch and was not totally sure I would like it with all the apps and such. So I took it back and went with the Sense. Now I am thinking I made a huge mistake. I had the fitbit HR2 and absolutely loved it. I was ready to upgrade. Well I am thinking this was a bad idea. My sense will not stay connected to my Iphone. for whatever reason it always loses connection with the fitbit controls, so no notifications. Then I am so disappointed that in order for me to get music on my watch, I have to pay for another subscription. I already have Amazon and I have a huge library on itunes, so I really do not have a need for a music subscription. Are there any fixes for these issues yet?

Hi, @SunsetRunner my earlier post explains "On an android phone go to settings>Apps>Fitbit>Battery>set as unrestricted. The other two settings cause the app to be closed down when it must run constantly in the background." I'm not familiar with Apple phones but there is a similar setting.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Same here, why did I waste my money on something that's always broken?

How do I get my money back so I can buy an Apple watch? I'm sure there aren't near as many issues, if any. Last Fitbit for me.

Hi it's just time wasting options, why we need to keep on repeatithos step every day ?
How minor issue is this but Fitbit can't sort this out.
I was fedup from my Fitbit sense just for this Bluetooth connectivity issues everyday so moved to Samsung watch.its not good as Fitbit but at least it takes 5 seconds to get to Bluetooth n calling is receiving so easy on watch .

I have just unboxed my Sense 2.
immediately, upon updating the phone , as prompted by the app, the CONNECTION between my tablet and the watch is lost .
'LOOKING FOR SENSE 2'. "KEEP YOUR WATCH NEAR THIS DEVICE" ETC (they're less than two feet away )
Reading entries on this forum doesnot exactly fill me with confidence. I may return and go Apple.

I’m having the same issue with my Sense as the other users. Every morning, my Fitbit tells me that I need to sync and warns me to make sure my iPhone settings aren’t interfering with the fit staying synced at night. But I’ve been through multiple iPhone settings and it still won’t stay synced.
After deleting the app and un-pairing the phone, then re-installing/connecting it, I finally managed to get the “find my phone” function working, but it doesn’t always keep working. I’ve spent days trying to get it to take an incoming call and it won’t. Once, the call actually showed up on the watch and when I answered it, I couldn’t hear the person. Since then, the calls don’t even show up on my watch at all. Very few text notifications show up on the watch. It seems like the connection between the two frequently doesn’t go through when it’s supposed to. I’m a mom with 3 kids and a busy life. I was hoping the sense would make it easier by tracking my sleep when I’m up with the baby so much in the night, and letting me take phone calls on the go. So far neither of those functions work reliably - taking phone calls has never worked. Send a shame because I was really hoping to love it.
