Sense controls

I, too have sense control issues. I have followed just about every instruction given to keep it connected. And I even understand that it may not appear to be charged until I receive a phone call or text. However, mine has not received phone calls or text regularly since I have had it. When I first got it, I followed all the installation steps and it received calls the first week or so. After that, I don’t get anything. What is going on?

Hi @gwynsims.

Can I ask which mobile device you are using? It could be an issue of the operating system killing certain background processes. This is definitely common with certain Android OEMs.

Hi @gwynsims  - btw, Sense controls doesn't stay connected. It is only used when it is needed, like during a call so this is most likely not a problem.

As @N8teGee has pointed out, communicating is more likely to be the issue because if the watch and phone cannot communicate with each other anytime lots of things won't work. (The sense Bluetooth entry is used for most communications)

Try the SimpleCheckUp app. This tells you on the watch if it can communicate and when it last synced and watch information.

Next time a text or call is missed see what the watch state says, it might help find the cause.

Also swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and ensure neither sleep nor do not disturb are enabled, just in case.
