Can anyone explain why my HR will show as say 65 in the “regular” heart rate tile but at the same exact time show as say 96 up in the zone graph? The regular one seems accurate but the zone one is all over the place. This is at rest…clearly there must be some type of glitch?

Hi there, @99montez34 and @Techgrunt.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information, and for your efforts while trying the steps suggested above. Also, for your willingness in taking more screenshots of the graphs. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and because the possible troubleshooting has been exhausted, I've escalated this to our team so they can investigate what may be occurring. As soon as I have more details from them, I'll update this thread.
In the meantime, please sync your Sense and keep the Fitbit app updated as you've been doing so far. I appreciate your patience and rest assured your feedback has been passed along.

As of last update, 44.128.6.12, problem remains. Just in case a change attempt made it in to that update.

I don't think they ever make any progress....the face of my 3rd Sense in a year and a half popped out last week, a well known issue that they can't get right. All they do is offer you the chance to spend more money with them.
