Hello,
My sense screen froze shortly while swimming (barely 2 meters deep) then worked again after leaving water. However, it went dead after being completely dry. I went home to charge it but still dead (none of the lights is working/blinking at all). I have this watch for less than a year.

Of you’ve had it less than a year contact Fitbit support and get a new (possibly refurbished) one and don’t swim with it. Some seals get compromised and water invades.

Has anyone’s watch recovered from going black post swimming? I remember looking at mine in the water this morning as it was time to get out - so it was working. Noticed it was dead when I got home. It was fully charged this morning. Just wondering if there’s a slim chance it’ll eventually be ok 😞

Hi @GB1528 - it takes time for the water that got in to cause the internal damage.
If you try to charge it and it gets hot stop immediately as it is dangerous.
And as @Clove6060 says, if it is under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it. If bought from Fitbit direct you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
