Display set to Dim and Button Only,  Cannot change either.  Just happened today.  No problems before.

Sounds like you are in Sleep Mode which does those both to prevent sleep interruption.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you.  That was the case.  Not sure how it got in Sleep Mode, I did not select that.
