The watch is on charge (charging fine and fully charged) but this "-7003b50c" code keeps coming up on the screen above the battery percentage. I've tried searching for that code online but haven't found anything yet.
What does it mean, please?

Hi @TeeferTiger - you may find codes like this in the watch Settings too. If so, you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to help guide you doing a factory reset.

@TeeferTiger Welcome to the Community. @Guy_ Thanks for the help.
@TeeferTiger I've moved your post to the Sense board to keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sharing a picture of your watch. This is odd and just to confirm, does the code appear when you unplug your watch from the charging cable? If it only happens when charging it, please try restarting it to refresh its performance, plug it back to the charging cable and monitor its behavior in the next few days.

Hi Lizzy,
Many thanks, I thought it was on the sense board so apologies for that!
It only appears while on charge and the watch works normally otherwise.
I'll do a reset and see how it goes. I just wondered if anyone knew what the code meant.

Hi there, @TeeferTiger.
You're welcome! Thanks for your efforts and the details provided. I understand your concern and that code shouldn't appear when charging your watch. For this reason, please try restarting your watch to see if that helps and let me know how it goes afterward.
