My Sense firmware version not showing up in dashboard. Under my device it shows the date and time, battery level, but nothing under version.

Not exactly sure where you are looking, but can see firmware version right on Sense. From clock face scroll right to Settings, down to About Sense > System Info

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you. I don't know how I missed this. In any case, it was on the Sense
itself. Where I was looking before was on the PC app under the Dashboard-My
Device. It has a place that says "Firmware Version" but it was blank.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for keeping us posted, I'm glad the steps shared above worked for you. Just let me clarify that while your fitbit.com dashboard will show most of the information you've synced, you can find firmware version directly on your watch as our friend mentioned, as well as on the Fitbit app > Profile Icon > Sense.
