Sense freezing

My new sense is getting stuck in the stress and heart end screens. Usually the stress one though. It will start the 2 min count down but I can’t stop it or exit the screen. I tried pushing and holding the button. Tapping the screen. It’s stuck until it feels like unfreezing. Idk how to fix it
