Sense frozen screen-Restart doesn’t work

My sense is frozen at the clock screen. I have done a restart many times over several weeks and no help. It still logs steps, etc and logs activities that it thinks I’m doing, but I have no access to the other screens on the Sense. My app is completely updated as well. Help please!

Hi @DixieSugar, which version of the restart have you attempted, the "hold your finger over the sensor" one or the "scroll to "Settings" and then "Restart" one?

I’ve done the sensor one. Where is the other on the app’s
settings? I logged out and logged back in on the app, but that didn’t do anything.
