My sense is frozen at the clock screen. I have done a restart many times over several weeks and no help. It still logs steps, etc and logs activities that it thinks I’m doing, but I have no access to the other screens on the Sense. My app is completely updated as well. Help please!

Hi @DixieSugar, which version of the restart have you attempted, the "hold your finger over the sensor" one or the "scroll to "Settings" and then "Restart" one?
