My sense watch constantly has the green light on and my watch will turn on and off throughout the day. Is there a way to fix this? I have reset to factory four times, I've turned it off and back on couple times, I have let it die and the green light is still constantly on and the screen goes on and off. It's only a year old and I feel like it should last a whole lot longer for the price I paid.

HI @Kbentley31 - by any chance are you wanting the display on all the time, in Always On mode?
If so, you will need to swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and enable Always On. Note: A factory reset turns it off so won't fix it.

Thank you for replying but no I don't want it on all the time. My screen is black but vibrates as if I'm trying to turn it on then shuts off. My green hr lights stay on ask the time. The Fitbit will power on and off throughout the day.

@Kbentley31 - it could be a clock face issue also.
First try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
Then try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.
