80% charged.

Hi @McClarey - where do you see the 80%, in the App? Can you check when it last synced, maybe a while ago.

It could be the watch just needs charging. Placing on the charger should charge it and start it.

Thankyou. Fitbit are replacing the watch.

@McClarey-  if the watch was working fine, get them to replace the charge cable first, it is more likely at fault.

Replacement watches may not be new so you may end up with a worse watch than you have, if it is just the cable.

Guy , I hope you’re wrong. Will check old watch with the replacement cable when I receive the watch.

@McClarey - unfortunately it is unlikely you will get a new cable as well as watch. They usually just send a watch without any accessories, best to check.

You would have thought they would have replaced the cable as a cheaper option to replacing the watch.
