Sense is charing very slow

Hi All, I have 2 charge stations for my Sense. However both keep buzzing intermittently and  say slow charge. I always wife the bottom of the Sense before I charge. In the end it chages but i'm guessing slower. Do others have this problem?

Hi @Brimson - slow charging with a vibration is quite a common problem.

The cleaning in the holes is important and even the positioning/alignment of the cable and sometimes choice of power source is affecting it.

It should still charge fine as the message is  sensitive to very minor imperfections.

If the vibrations are frequent and annoying while the watch is on charge, do a Shutdown.

In that case you can use the SimpleClockPro clock face to tell you when the watch will be charged as soon as you put it on charge.
