Fitbit.beta.com I think is their site. I get beta invites after I signed up.
Here is a pic and I would say floors are working
It is the latest I have rec'd. I avoid beta's for applications that don't work very well. Or devices that are suspect. The beta could contain even more issues pending finalization. And sometimes even after it is eventually issued as the most recent update. Really depends on the type and length of testing. Not to mention engineers knowing exactly what was wrong in the first place.
Best AnswerSo Fitbit still can't fix this floors problem? 8 months now ...
This morning I woke up and my Sense showed I had already climbed 2 floors while sleeping. Cool! I can sleep a little bit more 😀
Best AnswerI never paid much attention to Sense's Floors until the May/June firmware update, because from then on the Floors went up to ridicullous high values ( hundreds per day, sometimes). After the last firmware update, the Floors are not so high, but still very unrealistic and unreliable. I now get 10 to 20 floors on a day I stay always on the same floor. Much more if I walk a few km on a flat horizontal road.
I think it's more or less agreed by every or most Sense users in this forum that Floors will never work ok on Sense. And even if that will happen some day, I'm sure Fitbit will release before a new and better (?) watch.

Best AnswerMy Fitbit Sense showed I had done 136 floors when we live in a single storey house on a flat piece of land. I was simply mowing the lawn today 😂😂😂
Also my Sp02 graph in the Health Metrics is still lagging by one day since problem was first highlighted to Fitbit back in March this year 🤦🏻:male_sign:
Since the last update I’ve been getting 12 or more flights before getting out of bed. It hasn’t been cold or windy in NC! I wish they were just honest about it and say there is an issue and they are working on it…

Actually i remember i read a post by a moderator (can't find it now) saying they are aware of the issue but that they are unable to solve it at the moment.
Hi @LizzyFitbit
I have this same issue with my Fitbit Versa / Samsung Galaxy S10. I've tried multiple resets and wearing it snug.
Looks to have started reporting higher and higher over time, since April/May.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
Tom
Best AnswerPlay tennis on flat court, of course, have over 100 floors when done. Don’t think the barometric pressure difference from my waist to above my head, when I serve, is 10 feet. Think the logorethim is broke.
I have reached out to support on issues with my fitbit Sense. I gave them two issues including floors being way off. I was told both of my issues would be resolved in the next release. The problem was we only discussed one of the issues. I am extremely disappointed in the support and purchasing the Sense was a horrible decision. I have spent thousands on these deices including gift for other. Unfortunately I will be evaluating other devices and take a loss for this as I said horrible purchase.
Sounds like a good news that the floors counting precision shall finally be addressed. Thanks for sharing.
I'm actually quite happy with my Sense. I'd just expect somewhat quicker resolution of the several issues that cropped up during its use (floors counting, sleep score propagation back to Sense watchface). But overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
You might want to reserve your expectation of good news. Jogger indicated he called about 2 items and discussed 1 but support was certain they would both be resolved. How could they be so certain about an item not discussed? And there have been prior posts about support assuring the customer that the next release resolving the problem but alas, it was not to be so.
It may get fixed in the next release, it may not. And when is the next release?
I’m having exactly the same issue with my new-ish Sense (bought in May this year). It counts way too many levels and make me wonder what else is inaccurate. I used to have a Charge 2 before this with no issues. Might need to take it back to the store to claim warranty, if that’s an option!
I agree with this I have the same problem since the last update. I routinely get over 150 floors daily which is not even close to reality. I have yet to hear of any solution.
