Sense is dead

Sense is dead - it will no longer switch on, or sync with my phone Purchased in May 2022

Hi @JoByrne2402 - this can happen if it needs charging and the charging is not working. See instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thank you. I have looked at all the issues and tried to get it to work but
one of the support agents has just helped me as my Sense is still in
Warranty and I have only had it for 3 months.
