The sleep is being collected on my watch, but nothing shows up in the morning (on either my watch or my husband's) until I log in when we fell asleep and when we woke up....then all, I mean all of the sleep stage information appears! What is going on and how can this be fixed. This has been going on for weeks.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you have reported this matter to our team and they already shared with you all the steps we could've also provided here, please note there's nothing left we in the community can suggest. Also, since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
