Hi @Medievalmonster - have a look here How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
You also have to live in a country where it is supported and the watch has to be syncing properly for the results to be calculated see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? And you getting enough good sleep.
Just in case try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start. This may cure any local wat h problem.

How can I know which countries are supported?

@Medievalmonster- in the Fitbit App Gallery tile see if you can download an SpO2 clock face, you won't be able to or it will tell you can't use it in your country, if it's not available. While there check the SpO2 tracker app is installed and the permissions are granted.

@Medievalmonster- swipe the watch face left and tap om the Today app and see what SpO2 information is shown after a successful sync. It could be a fault with the current version of your paid Spo2 clock, in which case contact the developer and use another clock face.
For info, there is only one reading per night (which you can see in the Today app or the Health Metrics in the Fitbit App) so a special clock face isn't necessary and the Fitbit ones are free, unless you mean you pay for Fitbit Premium. Generally you can find more useful non SpO2 clock faces if you have the SpO2 tracker app installed.

@Medievalmonster - in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, it is normally installed by default.
It may also help to Logout of the Fitbit App at night to allow the watch to record in standalone mode.

No, nothing here in my app. Only at the health metrics at main page there's SpO2, but linked to watch that doesn't read anything.

@Medievalmonster - if you didn't find the Spo2 tracker app in the Gallery tile for your Sense in the Fitbit App, download it.

Can you show me the icon for this app? I can't find it in FitBit.

Thank you! Once I forced my Sense to “talk” to the app, it loaded the spO2 data! <whew!>

When I try to hold the button for the 10 seconds That It blinks or vibrates doesn’t work for me after holding the button for two seconds. It goes to find my phone.
