Sense is not tracking my steps

I have only had my Sense for 4 days and it is not counting my steps. It is stuck on the same number even after walking 30+ steps. I have restarted it a couple times, it worked better for a very short while, then started freezing again. I did a factory reset, and still having the same issue.

 

Also it didn't track my sleep right. The app says I woke up around 2am but woke up around 5am.

 

 

I am very disappointed becuase I expect it to be more accurate for the amount of money I paid for the Sense. I hope this issue can get resolved.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues, @heidi87 . Please try the following steps.

  • From the Fitbit app - tap - Account -> Sense -> Remove This Sense.
  • From your phone, remove the sense from Bluetooth.
  • Restart the Sense one more time.
  • From the Fitbit app, tap Account -> Set Up a Device. This will take you thru setting up Bluetooth again.

If this does not work, you may want to contact Fitbit Support. Please let us know.
