I can't get temperature now and a random alarm (that isn't in my alarms) keeps going off at 5:45 AM. How can reset my Sense?

Hi @jahnie57 - you can restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, but that may not resolve all the issues.

A repeating alarm may have been set in a voice assistant so check there, and also see if it is an actual alarm.

Set an alarm for in a few minutes and when it goes off compare the display with the 5:45 one.

This may avoid factory resetting the watch for no good reason but sometimes it may be necessary.

Hi there, @jahnie57. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is no longer tracking your temperature and it's vibrating at 5:45 AM without you setting an alarm. We'll be glad to help you!

Regarding the temperature, would you mind giving me more details about the issue? Are you referring to the core temperature or skin temperature? While I wait for more details about this, please see How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?

Regarding the random alarm, did you see any message on the screen while it was vibrating? If there was a
"Look Alive" message, please note it is part of your alarms and it seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue, as @Guy_ has mentioned, I've seen some cases very similar to yours when it results in Alexa being the one making these alarms going off at the wrong time. So, please note that this might also be Alexa alarms. Know that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Nevertheless, if none of the above helps, please try restarting your Luxe and see how it behaves the next morning at 5:45 AM.

Keep us posted.
