Sense is stuck on Fitbit logo

Can someone assist me with a contact number for Fitbit Australia. I can’t locate anywhere. 

my problem is that my Versa 3 is locked with the Fitbit logo and I can’t navigate anywhere else.

As @Guy_ has pointed out, this issue is typically caused when a factory reset is performed. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the other post and let me know how it goes.

Manually restart your Fitbit
In many cases, your Fitbit did not complete its boot-up processes, which may be the reason you only see the Fitbit logo on your screen. For most Fitbit watches, press and hold the side button or buttons for at least 10 seconds until the screen goes black and the Fitbit logo reappears.
