Sense won't track my EOV data

  • I have tried force stop, restarting and resetting the Bluetooth connection methods.  Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

Verify if the settings and permissions for the SpO2 Signature clock face are correct. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated. Restart your watch. Wear your watch slightly higher on your wrist to sleep and sync it with the Fitbit app once you're awake to check your details.
