Sense is unresponsive

Recently, my Sense's screen completely stopped working - the screen went black and I feel no vibrations when pushing the button. It was not low on battery when this happened, and when I plug it in now, I can feel it getting warm.

There is also a blue tinge around the edges of the screen. See the image of that here: https://imgur.com/dwBhodk

Is there anything I can try to get it working again? I can't do a hard reset because the button does not respond.

Hi @LanceNeidhardt - unfortunately those symptoms seem to indicate the watch has internal damage, possibly from getting wet.

If it gets hot when charging stop immediately as it is dangerous and don't wear it.

Normally a watch will start when placed on charge or the button is pressed but as a last resort try holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, if it will.

If it is under warranty it can be replaced.
