My new Sense isn’t charging. I’ve cleaned the pins, changed the USB connection but it still won’t charge.

Thank you for the information and for the steps you've followed. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that you've followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those tips don't help, please contact our Support Team and they will review your situation and determine whether the device is nor charging or if the inconvenience could be resolved with a new charging cable. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat.
