Hello Fellow Community members, I have recently purchased fitbit sense and I am facing multiple problem listing down them below.

  1. Bluetooth connectivity Issue and continuous sync notification
  2. Unable to receive whatsapp notifications (calls/texts)
  3. Unable to answer calls from watch
  4. Unable to make a call from watch

The major problem I am facing is connectivity issue, please mention any solution if anyone has found a workaround. Looking for answers from experts of this community.

I have paid really high amount for fitbit sense and I was expecting it to be a value for money product. 😞

If you have connectivity or sync problems its normal that 2,3,4 won't work.

I presume this problem has been resolved by now?

Hello @SunilAdhikrut Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for the troubleshooting steps that you tried prior to posting!

@Guy_ Thanks for the input! @SunilAdhikrut please make sure that your mobile device is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

If you un-paired your Fitbit Sense from your account but not from your phone's Bluetooth, I would recommend that you remove it from there as well, by doing the following:

*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process.

If the syncing inconvenience persists, I suggest you to take a look at the following link for syncing and for notifications:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync? How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Lastly, make sure that the Fitbit App for your phone is up to date.

Let me know how it goes.
