Sense isn't tracking sleep data

My new Sense is not tracking my sleep at all.  Just 1 day out of 3 days.  It is setup on my dominant wrist.  What can I do to get it to work.  I still have an ionic, that I would love to use for work only and Sense on other occasions.  How can I get this to work.  So basically both watches on my dashboard

I have the same problem too. Sometimes I snooze in the afternoon, doesn't
record it at all.

Another problem I have is that the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. I would
have my sense and my phone very close together. Unless I watch it, it
disconnect like it is now. I have other Bluetooth devices, as soon as I get
close to them, like my Garmin Dashcam and my landline phone (yes I still use
one), it automatically reconnect with them

I am in the same situation pretty much, though syncing sometimes take a little while, but I always manage to get there if I wait. I don't do anything special to make it happen.

That's very interesting. Do you have any idea how your Sleep Number mattress tracks your sleep?

No, but reports pulse rate, breath rate, restlessness. Their “period of restful sleep” jives well with the Fitbit “sleep” number. Does not distinguish the quality of the sleep(REM, deep, etc).

Good luck with the return. It took over a month until I pitched a fit. They use smartpost. The worst service ever! And, my brand new sense doesn't record sleep any better. What is frustrating is that my versa recorded sleep fine and my other sense did for about 7 months. It was when the sense updated that it stopped. I think they caused a bug when they did the update. I'm a very heavy sleeper and usually wake up in the same position (my back) that I fell asleep in.

Amazing, same here! Took a month for my watch to even get to Fitbit for replacement, and the replacement works no better than the old one. While waiting on the replacement to arrive, I used my old Charge 2 and it logged correct sleep time every night!

I'm a little amazed that many of us have been selecting the start sleep now option thinking it will track our sleep when it doesn't at all and it in fact stops it from recording our sleep because this is manual. I think there should be a note when people click this to make it easy for all of us thanks.

This is exactly the same thing I just went through. They had me send the Fitbit back which they emailed me the label to print and it took a month to get to them. I just got my new Sense 4 days ago and I’m having the same issue with the Sense that was just replaced. I had the first one for 2 months before it stopped tracking sleep and before that I had the inspire 2 and I never had any issues with it. I’m about to give up!!

What do you do now? I have a watch that will not do what it is advertised to do and they have stopped returning my emails!
