Sense keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth

2nd issue with Sense since  purchased March 2021.

This time it keeps dropping off Bluetooth and keeps not syncing.  Ive turned Bluetooth off & on again and re-paired sense to iphone many times and sometimes it syncs, but 2 mins later its lost activity data and says "couldn't sync sense ... FIX IT!"   Also, many times, turned sense off (held button until logo appears) it sometimes syncs to watch but then 2 mins later it loses what its synced and says "couldn't sync sense ... FIX IT"... so I go through it all again .... Take pairing off, turn bluetooth off & on again, turn pairing on, sync sense controls and pair it and I must have done this at least 50 times over last 4 days and it just wont keep synced!

Also as its not synced I do not get messages or agenda reminders too.

Although last night at 12:10 am I got 5 reminders in a row on same message that its "Trooping the Could Day" and then again at 12:30 am !!!

Frustrated .

I just faced a similar issue with my third-party BT earpiece, @Ginger999.  As it turns out, the earpiece needed to be re-paired to the Sense.  Scroll to "Settings", then "Vibration And Audio".  From there, find "Bluetooth" and the option that says "Manage Devices" Unpair the phones and then have it search again for them.  You should be all set from there.

Same issue here.  Plus mine has jumped back 2 days and isnt showing my acrivity over the weekend,  which it was yesterday.  It all started when the  software update message appeared.  It didnt do the update either.  So annoying.

I using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Android phone. My sense stays connected but sense controls keeps disconnecting. I've reset the watch, unpaired and re-paired. I click on connect and it connects but then a short time later disconnects again. I reconnect and after a while will get the message that sense controls can't connect so have to unpair and re-pair again. This has been going on for several months. Not sure what else to do!

I'm having this problem, too. It has been going on since August for me.

I am also having the same problem. I fact, I am not receiving notification or phone calls. It is not remaining connected to bluetooth.

Ginger999, try shutting down the watch and restarting it.

I have had this fitbit for one day and have already had this same thing happen a dozen times. I've restarted my iPhone 13 several times. I've restarted my fitbit Sense several times. I used to option to forget the Sense Control device and reconnected successfully a couple times. Now it won't even come up on the list of "other devices".

Regretting this purchase already.

I understand your frustration. My situation was somewhat similar, but my
Sense has been fantastic since it began operating as it should. You
mentioned that you restarted it several times. Did you slide over to the
Settings icon on the Sense, then scroll down to the bottom of that page to
Shut down? If you have not done that, do that for bluetooth connection.

I'm having the same issue. With having to pair, unpair, repair and nothing seems to work. Restarting everything. How hard is it to stay connected??? Isn't that the JOB of the FITBIT. I feel like I keep doing a job and I'm not getting paid for it over and over again. Please, for the love of God, fix it so I can use the fitbit as designed.

I have been having similar issues with my iphone 13 and my ipad. I am at the stage where I rejoice if it is working and get on with the day when it doesn't. It still sync with the phone, so I can record the steps etc.
