Sense keeps restarting/rebooting

My sense as of last night keeps rebooting everything the clock face comes on. It is basically useless at this point. This is not acceptable for the cost of this product! Please help!!! I have only had this for a few months and never shower or swim with it. The closest it gets to water is how many times I have to wash my hands in the day (which is a lot, since I am a nurse).

Hi, @RainbowbriteRN , welcome to the community, your Sense is in fact fully waterproof, I swim with mine daily. To reboot/restart your Sense normally would require you to squeeze the device while on the powered charge cradle this video demonstrates. Can you provide more information about what is happening? If the device is stopping and restarting unpredictably you may be best served by talking to "Customer Support" here, I recommend using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
