I brought my sense about 3 months ago. The other day I put it on the charger and let it charge. When I took it off, nothing! It didn't charge. I cleaned the terminals and tried another outlet, nothing. Checked the charger cord to see if it was damaged and it was fine. Why did it stop charging? Any suggestions? I'm a nurse and it is very frustrating not having a watch. I liked my sense but I've had fitbits before and always have had problems with them within first year.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Fitbit Sense has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Sense as described in this help article. After this, charge your device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I too have experienced the no charging issue on my Sense. I usually just pop the magnetic piece off my Fitbit, give the back of the Fitbit a quick wipe, then reconnect, which usually works. If not, restart your Sense, but not the way the suggested article states. I can never get that to work as it only brings up my voice assistant, which is designed to come up with a long press. I just swipe left twice and touch settings, then go all the way to the bottom and touch Shutdown. After it shuts down I give it a few seconds and then press the side button to start it back up. This has always worked for me, and I do not lose any data either.
