Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tjmcm and thank you for your assistance @Odyssey13. I'm sorry to hear your Sense is not charging and thanks for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to charge your watch.
To charge your Sense again:
Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
If your tracker still doesn't charge after a restart, contact Customer Support.
