I just bought my sense two weeks ago and when I went to charge it this morning it does not charge. I have plugged it into different plugs, cleaned it like the manual says and restarted it but it's still will not charge.

Does it say "slow charging" if so then try cleaning the 4 little holes in the back of the device as they can accumulate dust bits of skin etc
If its not charging at all it could be a problem with the charger as you've only had it 2 weeks get in touch with Fitbit customer service and they should send you a replacement charger

Hi @Kpamer - as @Newtripley says, it is most likely a charge cable fault which is quite common, on the 4th pin which gets stuck in.
If you do get in touch with the Fitbit support (click profile photo in the Fitbit App, help & support, contact customer support) don't send your watch back to them.
Alternatively take it to where you bought it for a refund and get a new one.
