@Vonny85 Make sure the charging pins on your charger are still there. There are reports of the charging pins failing. I would try a new charger either way.

I’m having the exact same issue. Two chargers later and it still won’t charge. So frustrating!!

Here are the troubleshooting steps you need to do to fix this problem.

Solution 1: Clean the charging pins of your Fitbit
Sometimes dirt stuck on the charging pins of the Sense will prevent it from being charged. Also, dirt found on the charging contacts of the charging pad will affect the way you charge the smartwatch.

You should clean the charging contacts on the back of your device as well as on the charging pad to ensure they stay bronze or gold in color. You can use a toothbrush with rubbing alcohol. Make sure that it is dry before charging.

Don’t use any metal material when cleaning the contacts as this will cause damage.

To properly maintain the Fitbit you should regularly keep it clean and dry.

Do not use hand soap, body soap, dish soap, hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes, household cleaners or other similar cleaning products to clean the band or device instead only use fresh water and a soap-free cleanser.

Once the charging contacts are clean try to check if the smartwatch is now able to charge.

Solution 2: The Fitbit charger is defective
The Fitbit charger is defective

There’s a possibility that the wall charger you are using is defective or is unable to charge this smartwatch.

Try using a UL certified wall charger to charge the Fitbit. You can check if the charger is indeed working by using it to charge another device.

You should also consider the possibility that the charging pad is defective. Try to inspect if its charging cord is damaged. If it is then you will have to get a new charging pad.

Hi @Vonny85 , @Vonny85 - have you checked that the 4 holes are perfectly clean. and as recommended by @Heather-S the pins on the charge cable are ok, as they often fail - see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Noticed my Sense is not charging today. Sure enough one of the pins on the charger appears much shorter than the other three.
