@Phyken Welcome! Have you checked the charging cable to make sure all the pins on the charger are elevated? If one of them drops it will not charge and you would need a replacement charger.

Mine stopped charging as well. I lost my original charger a long time ago and I'd been using a charger I found on Amazon for years, but it stopped charging. There was a second charger in the pack that I'd never used before, but that wouldn't work either. Fitbit support said I needed a new device. Bought the Sense 2 and decided to try the original charger ... and it works now ... but it also works with the old charger too now (maybe it needed a "jump"?). I have no idea what's happening.
