My phone shows sense paired but can not recieve texts. My phone keeps saying app needs to be installed and it is. I am getting so frustrated that this feature won't work. I have unpaired device and it takes many tries to pair again. I have reset my sense. Nothing works.

Here you can check the setup guide for notifications
The key issue is if your current watch data is appearing fine on the phone in the Fitbit App when you pull down to refresh, the watch and phone are working as they should, and it nothing to do with Bluetooth or pairing.
The problem is only with either the Notification setup in the Fitbit App or in the phone settings.
Find the Fitbit Notification setups
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined. Also App notifications and select any apps you want to hear from. |
