Hello, I was curious if anyone has found a way to make the sleep score on the watch face? It used to show and now it is not showing anymore, but it does show in the app.

Sync of sleep score to Sense's Spectrum watchface works for me most of the days. Seldom, the sleep score does not sync to the watch and I've found there is no clear way how to solve it reliably. Out of all the tips mentioned in this thread, some work one day and then the next day have no impact.

This has happened to me twice. It happened about a month ago and then again just yesterday. For no reason at all it just stopped showing up on the watch face. I fixed it the last time by completely resetting the watch as if from new and also logging out and uninstalling the Fitbit app on my phone. That was a really time-consuming process just to get the sleep score to show up. I really hope there would be something better. It seems like the Fitbit software people just don't care about this issue. It's enough to make me dump Android and just get an Apple watch because they never have issues like this. I'm not an Apple fan at all but at least their stuff just seems to work most of the time. My wife has never had issues with her Apple watch.

I stumbled my way to this fix. Not sure if it will work for all: From main watch face, swipe up > scroll to bottom, hit Manage > More Widgets > hit + sign next to sleep tracking. When I returned to main watch face, sleep tracking was back. Note that the device was sleep tracking previously, but it was only visible on the app. Hope this helps.

More reliable fix: Go into app and sync. Press sleep function and it pops up on watch. Clunky and frustrating, but works fairly consistently.

I've noticed an improvement since the last FW update to v44.128.5.38
I haven't had an issue with sleep score syncing to the Sense Spectrum watch face since the FW update. Moreover, I've noticed that on days when I updated my go-to-bed-time, which then led to sleep score being recalculated in the app, the sleep score even correctly re-synced to the Sense watch. It never did update like this in the past. So let's hope the sleep score syncing issues have been resolved once and for all now!

It turned out I was over-optimistic. Yesterday, the sleep score didn't sync again, so the problem persists even with the new firmware 😕

Just upgraded to fb Sense a couple of days ago. Experienced the same problem as above.
I may have found a solution. It seems that if I keep the fb app running in the background at all times on my iPhone, the Sleep score keeps on displaying on the watch.

The above stated work around did not work for a longer period of time. After a day the watch stopped displaying the Sleep score. Tracked down the possible reason to the "Not Connected" status of "Sense Controls" on my iPhone Bluetooth device connection status page. It seems that the iPhone no longer can see this BT device to connect to. Why fb uses the reg connection for communicating the Steps and the Heart rate but uses the Sense Controls to communicate the Sleep score is beyond me. Hopefully someone from fb would look into getting this fixed. A real turn down on me upgrading to Sense.

i am also having endless problems with my new Fitbit versa sense. This is the fourth Fitbit i have bought, the most expensive one and seems to be the least reliable.
The sense control keeps disconnecting, i have to resync at least 8 times a day
The sleep display on the watch is always not showing
The steps on the app on my phone needs to be synched more that 20 times before it eventually syncs.
i am very frustrated as i have only had this watch for a little over a month.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I have switched the Fitbit and my phone off many times with no improvement.
Look forward to hearing from you
Regards
Gabi

Hi @GabiMurphy, what might help is logging out from the Fitbit app and logging back in again. See if it makes any difference. If not, maybe uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling and reconnecting the device might help.

Has this issue been resolved? I've been having this issue for months and can't figure out a proper workaround, aside from manually restarting everything.

I just noticed that the issue resolved itself in the past few days. I have not needed to restart my watch or sync manually. The score just shows up. I hope it continues - it's good to see its been working now. Has anyone else seen this recently resolved on theirs?

Hi, @SunsetRunner, To reset you need to hold the side button for about 20 seconds and then release it when the logo appears, normal service should resume in about 35 seconds. I hope this helps.
Cheers
