I have the Sense watch. I have had nothing but problems with it tracking SPO2 at night. I became hopeful last week when it tracked my SPO2 for a few nights in a row. Now I am back to no data recorded for SPO2 the last two night! So frustrating!

My Sense won’t even hold the internet connection and, though the iPad holds this connection it has to be turned off and back on. This is the worst electronic device I’ve ever had.

I agree....there is a lot to be desired from this watch! They should have
worked on it longer before releasing it to the public.

Perhaps they should have recalled the Sense units. Continuing problems can only give Fitbit a bad name. Will be phoning them today.

I agree! I have recommended the same if they can't get their act together
on this watch.

I finally phoned them about the lack of sync having tried everything else. Solution was to use the top left photo to go into settings, select the Sense and remove it then reinstall which takes some time. Lost data was restored. This is the second time in a month. How long will it work?

I'm afraid not long! It is amazing how they continue to throw it back to us.

It has happened before and probably will again. As UK is still in lockdown the health check app’s are the only check I have.

Have experinced same issue at least twice a week using ipad, only remendy that worked for me was switching from using ipad to cell phone. sence communicates (sync) with app on cell phone and then i'm able to use ipad to view data.

my wish is a dashboard that is more current with data that sence can deliver, will not even consider going premium

until fitbit puts more energy into updating, than pumping out new watches!

I assume that the phone is on Android. I found my Android pad behaved better with many apps but it packed up some time ago.I’m badly disabled so not out of hou so mobile phones not much use to me. Signal strength too low here anyway.

Mine is not recording at all for SPO2 and breathing rate recording is not
always recording also. Love the look of this watch ...if only they could
get the features they advertised working.

By any chance are you using an Apple product? My iPad does not connect well. There is a suggestion that a phone works better. Perhaps it is an Android phone.

I wonder if Android or windows would work better. I don’t have a working Android to try and PC does not have Bluetooth and is wired to the router.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 tablet. Android version 11.

It looks as if the problem is common to both Apple and Android devices. Will they ever get it right?

I doubt it! My watch is not recording SPO2 again. I wish they would perfect
the watches they have instead of working on new ones to sell. They are
really hurting their brand by selling watches that do not work according to
the advertising!
