I had this problem yesterday and had to uninstall the app and reinstall my sense. I also have the problem of bluetooth disconecting. It is now back to not synching again and I couldn't change watch faces either.🙁
Forgot to say. I have an iphone 11,IOS 15.5 and the appversion 128.6.12.

@SunsetRunner - it normally isn't necessary to uninstall the app. Try a simpler approach
You won't be able to change clock faces from the app if it's not syncing but can still do it on the watch.
There may be issues with IOS 15.5, have a look in the forums.

Hi, @aseidman & @SunsetRunner you may find these articles useful How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I recommend that you check the Fitbit app in your phone app tray (I'm not familiar with Apple phones so can't give detail) open the app and check that any battery-saving functions on your phone are disabled for the Fitbit app. Some phones treat it as non-essential and put it to sleep where we need it to be running constantly in the background.
I hope this helps
Cheers
