Sense not tracking Active Zone Minutes

Sense has recorded zero active zone minutes over the past three days, despite 30-mile bike rides each day.

• Re-started the device
• Deleted and re-installed the app
• No custom heart rate zones set

Fitbit is not useful as an activity tracker if it does not track activity.

Hi @Aarchman07030  - is your watch actually syncing?

Some things:

• Check for flashing lights on the back of the watch to see if it is detecting a heart rate.
• In the Today app on the watch see what results it's giving 
• If you have synced, try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before proceeding with charging to restart it. Allow it to charge for at least 15 minutes near its WiFi source.
• Make sure it detects exercise steps, which it may not have done for biking.
• SimpleClockPro clock face can show both AZM and Active minutes to help isolate which is causing the problem if it persists.

Hi, @Aarchman07030, welcome, Clearly something has changed, may I suggest you review your settings. What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? indicates Heart Zone notifications or Active Zone Minutes Goal may be the culprit.
