My Sense stopped vibrating since the last update.
I've disconnected/reconnected, restarted, checked the night time/do not disturb, nothing seems to work.
It dose vibrate on the restart, so I know it still can, it just won't any other time. No notification, steps, get moving, or even when I push the button. It's super annoying!! Help!!

Hi, @Rubyfish14, welcome. May I suggest that you review your settings (I apologise if you have done them all before) From the clock screen on your "Sense" swipe left to "settings">swipe up to quiet mode>focus mode off>DND off>sleep mode off>schedule mode off-hours in the off position. Set vibration & audio to strong.
Return to the clock face, swipe right & check the sleep mode is off (the crescent moon icon is greyed out. If it's not toggle it with one tap)
@SimBoy for the assistant to work or to take calls your phone needs to be nearby.
Cheers

Thank you Gr4ndp4, I've double checked all the settings you mentioned, but still no luck!! Any other advice?
I'm almost certain this started with the last update. Isn't anyone else having this problem?
Anyone know if there's a way to do a hard reboot?
I haven't yet removed the app and started over that way, guess I'll try that next

Hi, @Rubyfish14, I'm not having the same experience as you are but I'm trying to think through the processes. I suppose you should of course try "Restart". Go settings> swipe to the bottom>shut down. wait a few minutes and squeeze the side buttons for about 20 seconds, releasing when you see the Fitbit logo. The clock face should reappear in about 30 seconds.
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers

Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications.
In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.
