Sense notifications not working

All of my notifications (text, call, calendar, gmail, twitter - etc.) suddenly stopped this afternoon. I get step reminder notifications, but nothing from my non-fitbit related apps. Really annoying as I havent changed any of the settings.

I've tried resetting the device (holding the side button until the logo appears) 3 times, as that usually fixes any issues. But it's not working.

I also tried re-pairing the device with my phone, made sure no settings were changed, etc.

(All notification settings are on and unchanged from this morning).

But nothing seems to be working!
Has anyone encountered this and if they have do they have a solve?

Thanks,

Accepted Solutions

SOLVED:

Ran through every single thing that could be done.

But the solve for me this time was:

1. Turn off Bluetooth on phone

2. Force quit/close Fitbit App

3. Wait 10 Seconds

4. Turn Bluetooth back on

5. Open Fitbit App

6. Sync Sense

7. It started working again!

Hope this helps anyone else in the future who is losing their mind and not getting any notifications!

My notifications on my sense also stop after some time. I’ve re-paired 3 times now and doing it on a daily/weekly basis is frustrating. The same thing happens with calls. It never ends up answering them. Even the apps always prompt me to check my phone. What’s the point of having a smart watch that never works and I always have to fix it with my phone?

It can't fix the problem. The notifications still not working.

This happened with the Versa all the time, at one point, I could never get the notifications working, and now with even the new Sense, I don't get it, such as basic fundamental thing.  I don't think anybody should put up with this and if everyone returned their device maybe Fitbit would pay attention.  Notification is a basic function of a smart watch, no other manufacturer has this problem.  I am returning my device.  Doing the solution every few days is not a workaround that is feasible nor should it be necessary.
