Hi @Mark_1964.

Huawei phones are notorious for killing background processes, so this could be what's happening to the Fitbit app on your device. Have you tried going into your phones battery settings and turning off any optimisations for the Fitbit app? Ideally you want to allow it to run in the background. Also I'd recommend locking the Fitbit app in the app switcher, this should help prevent the app being cleared from memory.

You can find some instructions on how to turn off battery optimisation (here).

Hi

I have discovered that by pairing an Ionic with the app and then removing it and repairing the Sense, this has cleared the problem.
If I didn’t have a different watch available the Sense would have ended up being returned.

Cheers
