Sense operation and sync problems

My Sense will not track my sleep & health metrics, says it can't sync to app, and app functions in general are intermittently spotty.

Hi @KellyMcKendree,

 

How long have you had the Sense? Some metrics require you to wear the device for a few days in order for them to work.

 

As far as the sync goes, have you cleared the Fitbit app cache on your phone?
