I had a Versa 3 and never had any sync issues with the same phone. It died and I purchased a Sense about 4 months ago. Ever since I've had random sync issues with my phone (Galaxy S9+). It will go days without syncing and then all the sudden it works for a bit. Next day again won't sync. I try all the steps in the troubleshooting guide and nothing works. So if I want to check my stats I just have to wait until it's "in the mood" to sync. The odd thing is it always knows how many Cals I've burned so there is something communicating, just not all the data. Why would the Versa 3 work fine and the Sense be like this with the same setup??? When it syncs it works great. Any ideas welcome...
