Sense recoding I'm asleep after I'm awake

My FB Sense is recording that I am asleep after I’ve awakened for the day. Went on a bike ride and it recorded me as “awake” but sleep.

Did you sync the watch when you woke up?

I have a similar issue.  I get up at 6:30 every morning and immediately get in the shower Sense always says I wake at 6:38.

@Boo_F Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Let's try changing the sleep sensitivity to sensitive, this mode will record nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake, check out this article to check the instructions.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply.  I have changed the sleep setting to "sensitive" and will monitor how it does.

I've had the same problem for the past 4 days. I've had my Sense for about three months with no problems. Then 4 days ago, it started counting me as asleep until I synced the Sense, which was sometimes an hour after I actually woke up. I've reset the Sense and changed the setting to sensitive, and this morning it did the same thing. This seems like a firmware problem that Fitbit needs to fix, since lots of people seem to have the same issue.

The sleep tracking seemed to work ok this morning. I'll see if it does again tomorrow.

Nope, I was wrong. I waited 10 minutes this morning to sync after I woke up. It recorded me asleep until I synced. It is not working properly and Fitbit needs to address this problem.

I’ve restarted and I’m wearing it properly. Can’t really think of a way to improperly wear a watch but I assure you it’s properly being worn. I’ve switched the sensitivity and it’s still not working. Last night I took it off for a few hours  and it recorded me asleep. This is my 3rd Fitbit I’ve purchased and it’s the only one I’ve had issues with.

Changing th sleep setting to "sensitive" has not made any difference.  My Sense still thinks I wake up at 6:38am when in fact by then, I'm already in the shower.

Do the sync first thing when waking up.
