Hi @Wana1 if you followed the procedure of returning it with the address label Fitbit sent you, there is a process. It first arrives at the warehouse and is verified to be an authorized return and all requested components are in the package. From there, they get the proper replacement ready to ship. Sometimes this part can take two weeks or better. To find out what's happening, you can get with customer support and give them your case number. They ought to be able to update you.
